Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and hardworking Parts & Service Associate to join our team. As a Parts & Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to assisting the parts & service department running smoothly with parts sales and customer service through a multitude of tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge of golf carts, customer service skills, computer/typing skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed. Duties: - Provide support as needed/requested to the Parts & Service Manager - Answer phones and assist customers with their needs - Assist walkin customer with their needs - Create customer quotes and invoices for work done on golf carts - Assist with parts inventory by checking in received parts and entering into system and putting away Requirements: - Previous hands-on mechanical knowledge of golf carts - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and self-motivation - Computer POS system experience - Customer Service experience in a retail setting *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
