About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead operations at their premier golf facility in Tampa, Florida . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the golf operation, from managing the pro shop and coordinating tournaments to delivering top-tier golf instruction and fostering a welcoming environment for members and guests.

You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall golf experience, driving revenue, and upholding the club's reputation for excellence in the Leisure & Sports sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate golf professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day operations of the golf pro shop, including inventory, merchandising, and sales. Develop and execute a comprehensive tournament and event schedule for members and outside groups. Provide high-quality golf instruction and playing lessons to golfers of all skill levels. Oversee the course marshalling and pace of play, ensuring a positive experience for all players.

Supervise and train golf operations staff, including outside services and retail personnel. Manage golf cart fleet maintenance and utilization. Requirements PGA or LPGA Class A Professional certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf operations management or a similar role. Proven track record in retail sales, golf instruction, and tournament operations.

Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in golf management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
