We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities
Maintains a professional appearance at all timesDrives the beverage cart to various areas on the golf course to service guestsMaintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other itemsStocks beverage carts to par levels each day of useEnsures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedOperates the Jonas Point-of-Sale (POS) system and processes member charges and credit card transactions according to procedureLearns the names of regular guests and personally recognizes themMonitors the guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure excellent customer serviceInspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedCommunicates effectively with peers, management, line staff, and front-of-house employeesEnsures that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssists in food preparation and tends bar as neededPerforms other duties as assigned by the supervisor or managerRequirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must meet state age requirements to serve alcoholRegular and reliable attendanceNice-to-haves
