Green Tree Country Club is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Event Director to join its vibrant team. This key role involves overseeing the entire spectrum of event planning, coordination, and execution within the club. The Event Director will manage club events, private functions, and catering services, ensuring that each event is flawlessly delivered, exceeding the expectations of members and guests. The position requires a proactive and organized professional who can liaise directly with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, design custom menus that accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, and carefully manage catering budgets to optimize resource use.
The Event Director will also coordinate closely with vendors, catering staff, and other service providers to guarantee seamless event delivery. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
minimum of 3 years experience in event planning and catering management

ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
