Golf Shop Assistant Jonathan's Landing Golf Club | Jupiter, FL Full-Time Seasonal | Mid-October - April The Position The Golf Shop Assistant handles day-to-day golf shop operations at Jonathan's Landing - from tee time reservations and check-ins to point-of-sale transactions and retail merchandising. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, guest-focused, and comfortable keeping pace in a busy pro shop. What You'll Do Process point-of-sale transactions and manage tee time and lesson reservations Check in members and guests, and collect and record payments (member charges and credit card transactions) per club procedures Reconcile POS with daily sales reports at shift change Maintain records of daily play and other data as directed Advise members and guests on club policies and procedures Promote department offerings and keep members/guests informed of available services and programs What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; club experience preferred Available to work weekends and holidays, and 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm shifts Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, guest-first attitude Able to stay calm and positive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Able to stand, reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or move up to 15 pounds Why Our Club Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is a Platinum Club of America, featuring three championship courses across two properties, and was named a 2026 Top Workplaces award winner.
