Massage Therapist – Private Country Club
Our premier private country club is seeking a professional, experienced, and service-oriented Massage Therapist to join our Wellness & Fitness team as an Independent Contractor. Essential Responsibilities
· Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with state licensing requirements and industry best practices.
· Assess member needs and recommend appropriate treatment options.
· Create a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients.
· Develop strong relationships with members through exceptional service and professionalism.
· Maintain accurate treatment records and client confidentiality.
· Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times.
· Promote wellness services and educate members on the benefits of massage therapy.
· Assist with wellness events, member programs, and special club activities as needed.
Qualifications
· Current Massage Therapy license/certification required.
· Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, resort, or country club preferred.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· CPR/AED certification preferred.
· Must carry and maintain current professional liability insurance.
· Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor.
Compensation & Schedule
· Independent Contractor position.
· Split-commission compensation structure.
· Flexible schedule based on member demand including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
