Head Golf Professional

Two Rivers Country Club in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Head Golf Professional to lead the day-to-day operations of its Golf Department and Golf Facility. The Head Golf Professional will oversee all facets of the golf operation, including member services, tee sheet management, golf shop operations, inventory, tournaments and events, instruction, member programming, Outside Operations, and staff leadership. This position will work closely with the Director of Golf and other Club departments to deliver a first-class experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate will be a PGA Member in good standing with a strong private club background, a proficient level of play, strong knowledge of the USGA Rules of Golf, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Advanced/expert proficiency with Golf Genius and experience with Jonas POS or similar private club software are required. The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing complex tournament operations and effectively leading the daily golf operation.
