Part-Time Housekeeper (AM shift)- Starting at $16/Hr AM Shift

Housekeeper- Wellness Center Directly Reports To: Director of Wellness Compensation: $16 per hour Shift: AM shift, 8:00AM- 430PM Job Summary: Brook Hollow is seeking to add a Part-Time Housekeeper to its Wellness Center as part of our AM shift. We are looking for persons who can focus on attention to detail while being friendly, courteous and respectful. This individual will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain a clean, efficient, sanitary and comfortable setting for our members, guests and personnel of the Club. The goal is to create a clean and orderly atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. This person will have a visible presence around the Club. Essential Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Fold and restock towels. Cleans bathrooms, check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. Vacuums carpets. Empties all wastebaskets and collect trash. Wipe down and disinfect wellness equipment. Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and reports any maintenance issues. Wipes down windows and mirrors. Inspects and changes burned out light bulbs. Cleans the beverage/snack station. Performs additional duties as directed by a manager or supervisor. Core Competencies: Must be able to clearly understand and communicate verbally in English Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays if needed) Must work well with others and support team members. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Physical Requirements: Required to bend, stoop, walk and stand up to 8 hours a day. Must be able to lift or push up to 40 lbs. Can work independently and move about departments. Must be able to work in a fast-paced busy environment.
