Brookside Country Club in Macungie, PA is looking for friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented restaurant servers with a passion for hospitality to join our team.Servers are responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

A knowledge of wines, liquor and cocktails is a plus.Key Requirements:A gracious, friendly, and helpful attitude towards members and guestsEfficient communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a very busy environmentFlexible schedule with full availability on nights, weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with Jonas POS is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to lift items weighing between 5-50lbsMust be able to stand on your feet for 4 hours + during a shiftAbility to work outdoors in the summer months, without any immediate issues to heatResponsibilities:Full table service including menu suggestions, upselling, delivery of food, and check settlementMaintain bar, dining room, and kitchen working areasTaking ordersDelivering foodServing alcoholBusing, cleaning, and resetting tablesOpening and closing side workAdditional responsibilities as needed by request of the Bar Supervisor, Director of Food & Beverage, Catering Manager, General Manager or Executive ChefJob Types: Full-time, Part TimePhysical Setting: Fine dining restaurant, Banquet EventsSchedule:Tuesday - SundayAvailability to work Monday Golf Outings if requiredPay:Service Charge from tickets paid out in tips, in bi-weekly paychecksExperience:Country Club / Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
