OVERVIEW:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a strong student base by providing a safe and welcoming environment for all golf enthusiasts. Offer high-quality instruction and build enduring relationships with each student. Engage with clients to assess their strengths and weaknesses, identify their goals, and serve as a trusted advisor. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and adapt your instruction to meet each student's unique learning style.
• Actively participate in community outreach efforts by collaborating with local organizations to promote and support awareness of the Golf Galaxy experience. Lead initiatives within the community to showcase our services, including fittings, lessons, and specialized club technology, while fostering lasting relationships with golfers at every stage of their journey.
• Collaborate with certified fitters and team members to enhance the experience of students. Interact with fitters and golfers during fittings, provide valuable input on lesson plans, and share your expertise to improve the game for all involved.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
• 3+ years of knowledge in club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
• Currently a PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1, 2, or 3, or pursuing PGA/LPGA Membership through our Associate Program
• Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about golf equipment and related technologies
• Committed to continuous learning and teaching others
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

Targeted Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $73,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes other components such as incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a variety of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other business considerations.
