Bloomfield Hills Country Club seeks experienced culinarians in an upscale, fast paced environment.
Fine dining experience is preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
Pay is based on experience and skill level. All meals and uniforms are provided by the club.
Maintain safe food handling, and proper sanitation of work space
Prepare food products for restaurant and banquets in accordance with production plans
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
Marinate, grill, roast, sauté and carve proteins
Prepares menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to department standards
Communicate needed work orders for maintenance repairs to Chef
Be aware of any shortages and communicate with Chef before the item runs out

Competitive Hourly Wage: $18.00+
