Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Golf Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview: The initial focus will be on becoming familiar with daily operations across the club’s 36 holes while developing a strong foundation in championship-level agronomy.

Team members will gain experience with: • Water management • Fertilizer and chemical applications • Irrigation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair • Championship course setup • Crew organization and team leadership • Daily maintenance practices • Exposure to the various facets of a high-level agronomy program

The goal is to build a broad understanding of golf course maintenance while developing the technical and leadership skills necessary for continued career advancement.

Requirements • Certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous golf course experience is a plus, but not required • Strong interest in golf course maintenance and agronomy • Desire to learn and advance professionally • Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Compensation $65,000 – $80,000 per year.
