PGM Intern Assistant - 5 Months

General Overview : Assist the Golf Professional Staff in the daily management of a first class traditional private golf club Golf Operations Department. This includes providing members and guests with unparalleled service, tracking play, assisting with all merchandising functions, tournament operations, and any other services to ensure an exceptional golf experience.

Position Summary : The Golf Professional staff is seeking two PGM student interns to help enhance the member experience at Eagle Springs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to thrive in a team environment. The team at Eagle Springs is a close-knit group and enjoys a family-like atmosphere within the context of an active seasonal club.

The club is interested in candidates who actively pursue personal and professional development, are committed to high-service, detail-oriented work, and embrace the idea that no job is too small or beneath their position. Successful candidates will actively seek to engage the members and guests beyond the golf shop and across the entire footprint of the property. This position is intended to be a hybrid role to support the golf professional staff and assist the outside services team. The selected candidates will be exposed to all facets of the golf operation.
