Senior Golf Course Superintendent & Agronomy Lead

La Cantera Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead the maintenance of our championship golf course. You will work with the Director of Agronomy and Assistant Superintendent to keep the course tournament ready and manage a team of 16 staff. The role oversees budgets, agronomic programs, and compliance with Troon Golf agronomy standards, while ensuring safe, efficient operations and high-quality turf conditions year-round.
