About the Role
KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer skills training. We’re seeking a personable, energetic Club Manager to lead our vibrant club operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of the club. This role, working closely with the Club Owner and KidsUnited brand team, has complete responsibility for the operation of one KidsUnited location, with growth and advancement opportunities available as we expand our KidsUnited territory in Colorado. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage resources efficiently, uphold the highest standards of hospitality, and ensure that target growth goals are met. Applicants should have a passion for working with children, prior management experience, experience in membership-based sales, and an outgoing personality to engage with families and create an exciting culture. Previous experience in athletics, coaching, and working with children is a plus. This full-time role requires flexibility (including evenings and weekends hours).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth & Business Performance
Create monthly KPIs and execute membership sales strategies to drive membership and revenue growthAnalyze conversion rates, retention, and revenues to optimize performance.Develop and implement business to business relationships and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within the communityBuild and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere in the facility for all players, parents, family, and employees
Lead & Develop a KidsUnited Team
Recruit and coach a team of highly motivated and energized staff. This includes sales associates and coachesSet clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. Control service quality to optimize the class experienceFoster a culture of service, excellence, and enthusiasm—everyone on the team should exude the KidsUnited cultureEnsure classes are performed optimally with an energetic and engaging atmosphere
Deliver Unparalleled Customer Experiences
Be the face of your club - All staff and families should see you as a leader who fosters the KidsUnited culture in everything they do. Be very friendly and highly engagingEnsure every class is held to the highest standard and coaches and staff perform above and beyond expectations.Address parent concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve the customer journey.Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard.
Operational Excellence & Execution
Perform and oversee daily tasks to ensure club efficiency and growthManage staff schedules, conduct payrollCompliance with all KidsUnited processes and standardsSome travel for KidsUnited operations training required

Preferred Experience:
Soccer background – Any personal or professional experience with soccer is a plus.Coaching or early childhood education – Experience working with kids in a coaching or teaching setting is highly valued, especially with ages 1.5–9.Bilingual in Spanish a plus
