Situated within the gated Eagles residential community, the facility features two distinct 18-hole championship courses, the Forest Course and the Lakes Course, making it one of the few 36-hole daily-fee golf facilities in the region. The club has built a powerful reputation for providing a private-club atmosphere while remaining open to the public. Since the 1990s, it has been recognized as a leading golf venue in the Tampa market, offering challenging layouts, extensive practice facilities, a clubhouse, dining options, tournaments, leagues, and event spaces. The Forest Course emphasizes precision and shot making. At approximately 6,700 yards from the championship tees, it features tree-lined fairways, strategic water hazards, and a memorable island-style par-3 sixth hole.
