We are completely revamping the Go Kart operations at Windy Hill. We have recently stocked up on karts and are in the process of making some changes that include having the track open during the week and at night!
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the go-kart track, ensuring it runs smoothly and safely.Supervise, train, and motivate a team of race marshals, customer service staff, and mechanics.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional guest experience.Maintain the fleet of go-karts and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.Coordinate events, group bookings, and special promotions.Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe, fun environment.Qualifications:
Experience in a managerial role, preferably in motorsports, entertainment, or customer service.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of go-kart operations and maintenance (preferred but not required).Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.Benefits:
