Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Host for our restaurant, The Bobby Jones Pub & Grill!

Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, love working within a team, and have a passion for people to produce an experience for our members.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and strivingto be the best part of each member's day.Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GEDHost and club experience is a plusExperience with restaurant POS systems is a plusMust be 16 years or olderAttributes

Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbsAbility to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of timeAvailability

This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.Weekend availability is required.Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
