Job Summary The Visual Merchandiser helps translate the Pebble Beach Company merchandising and brand strategy into the physical retail environment across multiple shop locations, special events, and resort visual installations. This role reports to the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager.

Essential Duties &

Responsibilities: Execute store interior merchandising and product presentation; floor sets, signage and graphic installation, mannequin presentations, table/wall/fixture presentations, and special event set ups. Assist with design and production of window presentationsMaintain visual merchandising standards across multiple focus retail stores. Educating and train store staff on merchandising techniques to maintain vision.

Support retail store managers and buyers by incorporating key merchandising stories. Maintain a clean and organized workshop. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Required Skills Working knowledge of power tools and production skills. 2+ years visual merchandising experience. California driver's license required. Desired Skills: Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with a luxury retailer.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Repetitive hand use and firm grasping.
