Theatre GM: Lead Guest Experience & Growth

Cinema West is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our theatre operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role requires on-site leadership, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving sales while upholding company policies. The GM will supervise operations, staff development, and guest relations, reporting to the Area Manager. This is a full-time exempt position with weekend/weeknights and holiday requirements.
