Garde Manger Chef: Artful Cold Prep & Platter Displays

North Ridge Country Club is seeking a Garde Manger cook to prepare cold foods for dining outlets, banquets, and events. You will collaborate with Executive and Sous Chefs to ensure high-quality, visually appealing platters, salads, canapés, and charcuterie while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You should have strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. High school diploma preferred; culinary training is a plus.
