The Divide Golf Club has an employment opportunity and is looking to part time outside golf service attendants who would assist in every phase of outside operation. Provide excellent customer service for all golf-related activities.
Skills, Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets all guests upon arrival and assists with the loading and unloading of golf bags.
Ensures carts are staged and properly stocked with amenities.
Ensures rental sets are properly cleaned, stored and accounted for.
Washes golf carts nightly and assures proper storage to include charging batteries.
Assists with cart detailing.
Picks up driving range balls and assures they are cleaned.
Keeps cart facility parking lot, staging area and other areas of facility free of litter.
Wears issued uniform and name-tag at all times.
Follows safety policies and procedures set forth by Pinnacle HR Group.
Assists professional staff with tournament operations.
Attends required staff meetings.
Cleans guest’s clubs at the beginning and conclusion of play.

Reports any cart damage or mechanical problems to professional staff immediately.
Maintains practice facility standards.
Assists with starting players and assures proper care of all facility assets.
Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff.
Has complete knowledge of property, course and locations of all significant elements of the facility.
Qualifications:
Public relations oriented
Knowledge of golf
Good communication skills
Reliable
Minimum of 1-year of high school completed
Must have a valid Driver’s License and be 16 years old or older.
Under 18 years old, must have a youth employment certificate.
Work Experience:
Prior public service helpful
Previous golf experience preferred
Pay Range and Benefits:
Starting $8.50 to $9.50 Per Hour depending on availability and days to work.
Must be able to work weekends and Holidays upon request.
Flexible schedule, golf privileges and range privileges with certain restrictions.
