About the Role
Job Summary
The Golf Course Equipment Technician, reporting to the Golf Course Equipment Manager, is responsible to conduct maintenance and repair. Provides recommendations for repair and maintenance actions and ensures all equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition. The role performs duties associated with equipment maintenance and repair programs including routine and non-routine equipment maintenance and repair. The role also maintains an updated inventory of necessary building supplies and orders them as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
Performs equipment maintenance and repairs to grounds equipment fleet and completes work order details.
Maintains an updated inventory of necessary supplies and orders them as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
Responds to emergency repairs as required.
Provides daily work schedules, makes scheduling adjustments as needed, coordinates cross-discipline support for the facilities operations team, and provides information and data to the operations management.
Improves the work order planning and scheduling process continuously through the review and use of metrics, analysis of work order flow, and project demands.
Job Qualifications
2 years of experience in Equipment Repair and Maintenance, or a related field.
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
