The Pro Shop Outside Service Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all golfers and guests. This position maintains the cleanliness and operational readiness of the golf cart fleet, assists with maintaining the practice facilities, and ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet all guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags from their vehicles and onto golf carts.
Ensure that each golf cart is clean, fully charged, and stocked with scorecards, pencils, and sand bottles before each use.
Stage golf carts in an orderly fashion near the clubhouse or staging area.
Retrieve golf carts from the course and clean them thoroughly, checking for any damage.
Report any cart damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain the cleanliness of the cart storage area and surrounding areas.
Assist with the upkeep of the practice facilities, including picking up range balls, cleaning clubs, and maintaining the teeing areas.

Provide accurate information and directions to golfers regarding course layout, rules, and services.
Enforce golf course rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide assistance to golfers on the course as needed, such as locating lost balls or providing water.
Work closely with other golf operations staff to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations Manager or Head Golf Professional.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Basic knowledge of golf etiquette and rules preferred.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Work closely with other golf operations staff to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations Manager or Head Golf Professional.
