Position Summary: The Grounds Maintenance and Pool Technician is responsible for the general maintenance of the landscaping and swimming pool of the property.

Essential Job Functions
Supports daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and landscaped areas to ensure consistent course playability and appearance. Operates mowers, utility vehicles, sand trap rakes, line trimmers, blowers, and other turf care equipment safely and efficiently. Loads, unloads, and organizes tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily assignments or transport. Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe maintenance shop and equipment storage areas. Performs general labor tasks including raking, shoveling, debris removal, bunker maintenance, and other physical work essential to course upkeep. Communicate effectively to supervisors’ maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs as necessary. Identifies and reports unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or hazards to supervisory staff. Performs additional duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or Director of Agronomy.
Experience and Education:
Two years working in grounds maintenance
Basic landscaping skills include mowing, trimming, and planting
Experience using related tools and equipment
Minimum High school diploma, GED or Equivalent
