Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for all facets of golf operations, including the supervision and training of outside services, starters, and player assistants • Assist with Member check in; control and manage play • Assist with Opening and Closing Procedures • Assist in managing tournament operations and weekly events including planning, pre-tournament event sheets, post tournament billing, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow up. • Conduct Individual Lessons and Group Clinics • Assist our Head Golf Professionals with management of outside services, player assistants, and starters to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved • Assist our Head Golf Professionals with training all golf operations staff and junior programming. • Assist in managing golf cart fleet, practice facility, and club storage • Provide Club Repair and club fitting services to Members and resort guests • Assist with all merchandising operations to include inventory control of hard goods, special orders, ordering procedures, receiving procedures, displays, and sales • Play golf with a variety of Members of all skill levels • Assist with the administrations of staff work schedules in accordance with the Human Resources Department • Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
