Location: Union City - Bay Area, CA • multiple camp sites; regular local travel between locations required
Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Position Summary
The Director of Golf Camps leads the development, management, and growth of our junior golf camp programs across all sites. The role owns the full camper experience: curriculum and instruction, staffing, safety, scheduling, registration, marketing support, customer service and program growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced golf professional or youth-program leader who is passionate about developing junior golfers and building a safe, positive, and consistently high-quality camp environment that reflects our mission and standards.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience.
Schedule
This is a year-round position with significant peaks during summer and school-break camp seasons. Expect extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak periods, with a lighter, planning-focused schedule off-season. Specific hours vary depending on camp programming and operational needs.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Work is primarily outdoors at golf facilities and may involve standing and walking for extended periods, demonstrating golf skills, and lifting or moving equipment up to [25] lbs.
