Five Iron Golf seeks an Assistant General Manager - Social to lead the Golf Experience Team and coach staff in delivering memorable guest experiences across simulators, leagues, and events. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, recruit and train staff, manage operations, maintain high service standards, monitor costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while building loyalty in the local community.
