Somerset Hills Country Club is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Green Department for the spring, summer, and fall season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in excellence, this is a great opportunity to spend your season on the course.
Position Overview
As a member of our grounds crew, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the exceptional conditions our club is known for. Responsibilities include:
Raking and maintaining bunkers
Mowing tees, fairways, and other miscellaneous areas
Replacing divots
Assisting with various course maintenance tasks as needed
No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Be aware, it is a physically demanding job, you should be able to lift 25+ lbs and be able to walk a few miles a day.
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Average Shift: 4 hours
Start Times:
6:00 AM on weekdays
5:30 AM on weekends
Flexible scheduling available
Part-time employees must commit to working at least one weekend day per week
