About the Role
Overview
Redhawk Golf Course is seeking a versatile and energetic Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our daily business operations and grow our brand presence in the Temecula Valley golf community. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You'll work directly with the General Manager and department leads to support marketing, social media, public relations, human resources administration, and day-to-day course operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social media, print, local advertising)
Manage Redhawk's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) — create content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow our community
Capture photos and short-form video content of the course, events, and golfers for use in marketing materials
Maintain and update the Redhawk website with current promotions, tournaments, rates, and events
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights; report results to the GM
Coordinate with local media, golf publications, and community partners on PR and promotional opportunities
Public Relations & Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, charities, and community organizations
Support tournament promotion, charity events, and corporate outings through targeted outreach
Draft press releases, newsletters, and member communications
Represent Redhawk at community events and networking opportunities as needed
Daily Operations Support
Assist with front-of-house operations including pro shop coverage, tee sheet management, and customer service during peak times
Support POS system operations (Toast / ForeUP transition) — help with daily transactions, troubleshooting, and reporting
Help coordinate tournaments, events, and group bookings alongside the event coordinator and pro shop staff
Assist with inventory tracking and merchandise display in the pro shop as needed
Human Resources Administration
Support employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation scheduling
Maintain organized employee records and personnel files in compliance with California labor regulations
Coordinate scheduling support, time-off requests, and basic payroll documentation in partnership with the GM and payroll provider
Help organize staff meetings, training sessions, and employee appreciation events
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for general HR inquiries (escalating complex matters to the GM)
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality operations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Comfortable with technology — POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
Available to work occasional weekends, evenings, or event days as needed
Preferred
Experience in golf, hospitality, country club, or resort operations
Familiarity with website management (WordPress or similar)
Photography and short-form video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Bilingual (English / Spanish or English / Korean) is a plus
Basic understanding of HR practices and California employment basics
Graphic design ability for flyers, menus, scorecard inserts, and social media posts
Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
