We are seeking an experienced, professional Lead Server to join our team. As Lead Server, you will guide the front-of-house service team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support servers during service, ensuring consistency and excellence.Train, mentor, and onboard new service staff.Deliver attentive, personalized service to members and guests.Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.Assist management with scheduling and service floor planning.Uphold and model the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of server experience in a fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality environment.Previous leadership or trainer experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.What We Offer:
