Golf Pro Shop Attendant

Overview The Golf Pro Shop Attendant is a front-line ambassador for Copper Hill Golf Club, delivering exceptional customer service to golfers of all ages and skill levels. This role plays an important part in supporting our large and active junior golf program . The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic about the game of golf, punctual and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience working with children or youth programs preferred • Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and terminology (playing experience a plus) • Ability to multitask and remain professional during busy periods • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Schedule Requirements • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Seasonal positions may require increased availability during peak junior golf and summer months Essential Responsibilities Customer Service & Operations • Greet and assist all guests in a friendly, professional manner • Manage tee times, check-ins, payments, and point-of-sale transactions • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries regarding tee times, rates, programs, and events • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pro shop environment Merchandise & Inventory • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory control • Promote shop merchandise, programs, and upcoming events Course & Staff Support • Coordinate with starters, rangers, instructors, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Enforce course policies and pace-of-play standards courteously • Assist with tournament and event operations as needed Junior Golf Program Support • If qualified, assist with junior golf clinics, camps, leagues, and tournaments • Effectively communicate with parent and guardians • Help set up and break down junior program activities and events • Serve as a positive role model, ensuring a safe environment for junior participants Benefits golf at Copper Hill according to club parameters discount on meals discount on merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
