Golf Performance & Membership Lead

The Box Pro at Tee Box Central Houston leads as the on-site leader, community builder, and primary contact for new golfers. You will conduct baseline assessments, drive membership acquisition, and foster a high-retention member community while partnering with management to ensure daily operational excellence. Responsibilities include tours, coaching with TrackMan/3D motion analysis, club fitting guidance, fitness integration, and organizing leagues and clinics to grow the member base.
