Director of Outside Operations

Belle Meade Country Club (BMCC) is a premier, member-owned private club in Nashville, Tennessee. It is known for a tradition-rich golf culture, championship-level conditioning, and a team-first service standard.

We're looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader who pairs strong hospitality instincts with disciplined operational management. The Director of Outside Operations recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and holds accountable the Outside Operations team. This role is responsible for caddie assignments, general staffing, bag storage and handling, cart presentation, practice-facility operations, first-tee readiness, and tournament preparation.

The right person will get to know the membership personally, understands individual preferences, and builds a culture where every team member owns the details that shape the member experience.
