You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the clubs standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience./ppReporting Structure/pulliReports to the Director of Food Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets/li/ulpDay to Day/pulliDeliver high standards of service as outlined in the FB service training program./liliAssist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar./liliAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./liliPrepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the start of each shift./liliConsistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing./liliEnsure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies./liliEnsure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control./liliPossess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service./liliComplete additional duties as assigned by management./liliStay aware of and actively participate in team efforts, providing support wherever needed./liliEnsure all daily assignments and side work are completed to meet club standards./li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./liliCertification in alcohol and food safety awareness./liliPrevious experience in Food Beverage service./liliComfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments./liliBasic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals./liliAbility to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment/pulliTrays (2 - 60 lbs.)/liliPOS System/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/liliBlender/liliBar Dishwasher/li/ulpWork Schedule/pulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./ppWhile not all roles at Invited are full-time, those full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:/pulliMedical, dental, and vision coverage/liliLife insurance/liliShort-term and long-term disability insurance/lili401(k) retirement savings plan/liliGenerous paid time off and leave programs (time off as required by applicable law is also provided for part time team members)/li/ulpWant to learn more?
