Seasonal Servers are integral to upholding the Club’s longstanding tradition of excellence, providing attentive and discreet service to our members and their guests in both à la carte and event settings. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, refined food and beverage service in accordance with Club standards Deliver a personalized dining experience by anticipating member preferences and needs Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, daily features, and beverage offerings Execute proper table settings, service sequences, and fine dining etiquette Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times Uphold the Club’s standards of discretion, confidentiality, and member recognition Support Club events including weddings, banquets, and member functions Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality preferred Strong understanding of elevated service standards and etiquette Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain composed in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and pride in service Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25–30 pounds Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor service environments Seasonal Details Seasonal employment period: Spring through Fall (based on Club operations) Flexible scheduling aligned with dining service and event calendar Opportunity for continued or returning seasonal employment based on performance About MILWAUKEE COUNTRY CLUB Milwaukee Country Club is seeking to expand its team. Founded in 1894, Milwaukee Country Club is Milwaukee’s premier private, member-owned club. In 1911, the Club relocated to its picturesque 200-acre setting in River Hills, Wisconsin. The 18-hole course, designed by Harry Colt and Charles Alison, opened in 1929 and is consistently ranked among Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses in America. Today, the Club serves approximately 470 members and offers an exceptional range of amenities, including practice facilities, overnight guest accommodations, tennis, pickleball and platform courts, croquet courts, an outdoor pool, winter recreation, and comprehensive junior programs. The stately 60,000-square-foot clubhouse features multiple dining venues and operates year-round, with the exception of March.
