ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise the Assistant Golf Course Superintendents, Technicians, Mechanic, and Maintenance Foreman.Direct supervision of up to 10 non-supervisory employees.Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.All applicants are subject to pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
