Your Responsibilities
Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly welcome members and guests, making them feel valued.
Take Accurate Orders: Precisely record food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity.
Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally, confirming accuracy before serving.
Anticipate Needs: Be attentive to guest requests, providing proactive and prompt service.
Maintain Dining Area: Keep your assigned dining area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Promptly and professionally resolve guests concerns, communicating issues to management as needed.
Adhere to Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, labeling, dating, rotation of all food and beverage products to health code standards.

Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in order-taking, serving, and maintaining the dining area.
Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work well in a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Abide by Policies: Assure all club, local, and state policies and procedures are strictly followed.
System Familiarity: Basic knowledge of POS (Jonas preferred).
