Outside Services (Golf)

Overview Part-time outside services position supporting golf operations at Red Hawk Golf and Resort. The role focuses on creating a positive experience for members and guests while assisting with daily golf facility operations and learning more about club operations. Experience Required Must have a valid driver's license.Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required.Friendly and positive personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic. Essential Responsibilities Stage golf carts for daily and tournament play.Maintain cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns.Attend to all bag drops and assist customers with their golf bags.Provide directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant.Maintain the driving range and practice range areas throughout the day.Pick golf balls from the driving range, wash range balls, and refill the range machine.Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.Maintain consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed.Cheerfully interact with and deliver world-class customer service to all guests.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
