Our food and beverage team supports daily clubhouse dining as well as tournaments, leagues, corporate outings, weddings, and private events throughout the season.We are seeking professional and dependable servers who are committed to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.Position OverviewServers are responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the clubhouse and during tournaments and special events. This role requires strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal and Part time positions available.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, attentive service to guests in the clubhouse dining areas and during eventsTake accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptlyEnsure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departureMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stationsAssist with setup and breakdown for tournaments, outings, and private eventsCommunicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely serviceProcess payments accurately and follow proper cash handling proceduresFollow all food safety, health, and sanitation standardsUphold Alliance Golf standards of professionalism and hospitalityRequirements:QualificationsPrior banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
