Assistant Golf Professional

Overview The Assistant Golf Professional supports daily golf operations at the club. This position assists coordinating golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. The Assistant Golf Professional is dedicated to promoting the game of golf while ensuring that operations align with company policies and operational standards. This role requires a proactive approach to staff training and development, exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all members.

Experience Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Completion of PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level). Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines. Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.

Essential Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing warm, professional, and acknowledging interactions with all members and guests Coordinate, assist, and execute, with tournaments, and club events, ensuring seamless execution and member satisfaction.

Monitor pace of play using PACE Technology GPS and maintain a visible presence on the golf course to support members and enhance their experience Maintain organization, cleanliness, and appropriate presentation standards within all areas. Support and guide outside services staff to ensure consistent service delivery and station coverage.
