The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Lahont Golf Club is a full-time, seasonal role available from May 15 to October 15. This role is critically important in supporting the daily dining and beverage operations at the club, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will lead a talented team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to uphold the club's renowned standards of service and professionalism. In addition to overseeing day-to-day activities, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is tasked with enforcing food safety protocols and compliance with California's responsible alcohol service regulations. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include supervising front-of-house operations, conducting opening, shift, and closing duties, assisting with staff training, scheduling, and onboarding, and ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently followed. The supervisor will also serve as an essential communication bridge between culinary staff, management, and service personnel, modeling exemplary service and appearance. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $25 to $28 per hour, supplemented by partial tips, reflecting experience and expertise.
