Key Responsibilities of the Shift Lead:Assist with training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; address complaints and resolve problemsAssist in the management of department members that may include, but are not limited to: Golf Operations staff, Cart Staff, and Building MaintenanceReview current day's business levels in all operations and assign priorities as neededRelay pertinent information to key staff including Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, Dining Manager, Executive Offices, Concierge, and Membership Office as neededAssure that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate; assist in developing ongoing training programsShift Lead Qualifications:Knowledge of hospitality POS system application, hardware, and softwareExperience in multi-faceted golf or sales operationsCash handling experience, preferably at the management level
