Role Description The Hospitality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Suite Shots Jenks Riverwalk in Jenks, OK. This role oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that guests receive consistently excellent service in both golf and dining areas. The Hospitality Manager leads and schedules staff, monitors service standards, and coordinates with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include coaching and training team members, resolving guest concerns, managing reservations and events, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role also involves supporting inventory control, assisting with basic financial and operational reporting, and partnering with leadership to implement promotions and improve the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to provide feedback and guidance to team members.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and handling guest concerns professionally.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including familiarity with service standards, menu items, and basic bar and restaurant operations.Candidates should possess Training and team leadership skills, with experience coaching staff, onboarding new hires, and reinforcing service protocols.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, basic understanding of scheduling and labor management, and competence with point-of-sale and reservation systems.Strong organizational skills, reliability in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed are preferred.
