Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at The Swing Bays in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on delivering individualized and small-group fitness instruction that complements golf performance, including strength, mobility, and functional training sessions. The trainer will design and implement personalized workout plans, provide guidance on safe exercise techniques, and support clients in developing sustainable fitness habits. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, tracking progress, coordinating with golf coaches and other staff for integrated training programs, and maintaining a clean, safe training environment. The trainer will also educate clients on basic nutrition principles, contribute to member engagement during social and training events, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and lead effective, goal-oriented workouts.Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support performance-focused and golf-specific conditioning.Knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that complements fitness and performance goals.Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) and current CPR/AED certification.Experience working in a gym, sports performance center, or similar environment; familiarity with golf or rotational sports is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse range of clients.Ability to work on-site full time in the Denver Metropolitan Area, including evenings or weekends as needed.Comfort using fitness and performance technology; willingness to collaborate closely with golf instructors and other team members.TPI Certified Instructor is a plus.
