Our team takes pride in professionalism, hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment. --- POSITION SUMMARY The Golf Operations Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding service to members and guests while supporting daily golf operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first and last impression by assisting golfers before and after their rounds. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner at the bag drop, cart staging area, and golf shop Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing carts for play Provide basic guidance on golf course etiquette and answer guest questions Assign and track golf carts, ensuring proper check-in and return procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities Set up and maintain practice areas, including range balls and equipment Clean and prepare golf carts to meet club standards Assist golfers after their round, including cleaning clubs and returning equipment Support coordination with golf operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations Monitor the outside areas of the golf shop to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance Address guest concerns professionally and notify supervisors when needed Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards --- REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Reliable transportation Preferred: Previous customer service or hospitality experience Basic knowledge of golf operations or etiquette --- SCHEDULE Day and evening shifts available Weekend and holiday availability required --- BENEFITS Employee discount Flexible scheduling --- WORK LOCATION In person – Fawn Lake Country Club, Spotsylvania, VA Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $12.77 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: Day shift Night shift Work Location: In person
