Club Operations Lead — Hospitality & HOA

Troon is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead daily operations at Babcock National GC in Punta Gorda, FL. The role requires balancing hospitality, financial accountability, and strong communication with residents, the Board, committees and the onsite team. The successful candidate will manage clubhouse operations, food & beverage, racquet sports, fitness, and facilities while shaping the resident and club experience and developing the onsite leadership team.
