EXPERIENCED SERVER — FULL-TIME ROCKAWAY RIVER COUNTRY CLUB | PROFESSIONAL HOSPITALITY REQUIRED

Rockaway River Country Club is looking for experienced Servers who know what exceptional service looks like.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to carry plates and take orders.

We are looking for a professional hospitality Server who understands that great service is about anticipation, attention to detail, urgency, communication, and creating an experience our members want to come back to.

If you have experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, private clubs, hotels, resorts, or other high-level hospitality environments, we want to hear from you.

THE SERVER WE WANT

You should be someone who:

Has proven experience as a Server in a professional hospitality environment. Understands proper food and beverage service. Can confidently manage multiple tables without sacrificing service quality. Knows how to prioritize tasks during busy service periods. Anticipates guest needs before they have to ask. Understands the importance of recognizing and remembering members. Communicates effectively with guests, coworkers, management, and the kitchen. Takes ownership of your section and your responsibilities. Maintains a clean, organized, and properly stocked station. Can handle high-volume service while remaining professional and composed. Takes direction and responds well to coaching. Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work. Understands that teamwork is essential to a successful service.

PRIVATE CLUB & UPSCALE EXPERIENCE

Experience in a private country club is highly preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong backgrounds in:

Fine dining Upscale restaurants Luxury hotels and resorts Private clubs Banquet and event operations Golf clubs High-volume hospitality

Experience with member dining, golf tournaments, weddings, wine dinners, banquets, and special events is a major advantage.

Deliver consistent service from the first table to the last.
