We are hiring a sous chef at Forest Dunes Golf Club in Roscommon, a national golf destination. We feature three courses ranked in the top 100 public courses in the country. Full and part-time positions available. Restaurant is open 6:30 am through 11 pm daily during the season. Shifts may vary, mostly nights. Weekend and holiday availability necessary. Must be Serve Safe Certified and have kitchen management experience. This is a seasonal position from mid-April through late-October. Benefits include golf privileges and employee discounts.
