Position Summary
Provide optimal customer service to members and guests. Attempt to anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned. Full time and part time positions available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in managing the funcations and operations of the golf operations department
Answer all incoming phone calls on the Golf Pro Shops line in a coureous and polite manner
Provide assistance to all guests and customers and acts an information center
Assist in all aspects of the golf shop retail operation to include; administering and promoting the sale of merchandise. Maintains displays and organization of golf shop
Collects all fees to include; green fee, cart fee, club rental, and mechandise sales
Perform or assist in daily check-out and clearing of the balancing and closing of daily transactions; preparing and depositing of receipts; and preparartion of daily sales and cash

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
